The Scotsman Pub & BBQ is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the stunning views of Stockholm Harbor.

My Personal Opinion: I would absolutely recommend The Scotsman Pub & BBQ! It is the perfect spot for a relaxing evening with friends or family, and the atmosphere is really cozy. The staff is really friendly, too, and they make sure you’re having a great time.

Stockholm Brewing Co.

If you’re looking for a more lively atmosphere, let Stockholm Brewing Co. be your first stop. Located in Gamla Stan, this local brewery produces a selection of craft beers, including their popular amber ale and stout. As far as food offerings go, Stockholm Brewing Co. has you covered with an extensive menu of traditional pub food, including burgers, salads, sandwiches, and more. Additionally, their outdoor patio is the perfect place to enjoy your drinks in the warm summer months.

My Personal Opinion: I would definitely give Stockholm Brewing Co. a try! It’s a great place to enjoy a few tasty beers and makes for a fun night out with friends. Plus, the selection of beers they offer is really impressive.

Fotografiska

Fotografiska is located right in the heart of Stockholm and is one of the city’s most popular nightlife destinations. This venue is composed of three different bars, each offering their own unique atmosphere. The bar located on the lower level is a relaxed atmosphere with casual seating and classic cocktails. Upstairs at the main level you will find a music-focused bar with a more upbeat vibe and plenty of danceable tunes. Finally, the rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views of the city skyline and serves tasty snacks and drinks all day long.

My Personal Opinion: Fotografiska is one of my favorite places in Stockholm! I love the different atmospheres offered throughout the venue and it’s always buzzing with life no matter what time I visit. Plus, their rooftop terrace is just beautiful!

Bar James

Bar James, situated near Humlegården Park in Östermalm, features an extensive selection of wines, beer, and cocktails all served up in an intimate yet sophisticated atmosphere. What makes Bar James stand out from other bars in the area is its impressive list of craft beers from around the country and world. Whether you’re looking for a light lager or an imperial stout, you’ll find something to your taste at Bar James. Additionally, they offer an interesting selection of small plates and snacks to pair with your drinks, as well as cosy seating around the bar itself.

My Personal Opinion: Bar James is one of my favorite spots for an after-dinner drink! The atmosphere here is really laid-back yet chic, and it’s great to share a bottle of wine with friends while snacking on some of their delicious small plates.

The Bishop’s Arms

The Bishop’s Arms is located in Södermalm and serves up an excellent selection of craft beers from around the world alongside classic pub grub such as fish and chips and burgers. They have an extensive beer menu so everyone can find something they like, from IPAs to ciders to lagers. The atmosphere here is relaxed yet vibrant, making it an ideal place to socialize with friends or enjoy some quiet time alone sipping on your favorite beer.

My Personal Opinion: The Bishop’s Arms is one of my favorite pubs in Stockholm! The selection of beers here is always excellent and I love the laid-back atmosphere. Plus, the prices are really reasonable too!

Under Kastanjen

Under Kastanjen is one of the city’s best kept secrets; this hidden gem can be found tucked away beneath a bridge near Mosebacke Square in Södermalm. It’s well worth seeking out this cozy bar if you’re looking for a romantic evening out with your special someone. As far as drinks go, Under Kastanjen has an impressive selection of cocktails, craft beers, and wines to choose from. Not only that, but they also have an excellent food menu offering everything from classic Swedish dishes to creative modern fare.

My Personal Opinion: Under Kastanjen is definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for something romantic! The atmosphere here is really cozy and I love that it’s not overly crowded like some of the other bars in town. Plus, their cocktails are really tasty too!
