Bramble Bar was founded in Edinburgh about 18 years ago with the ambition to offer its visitors modified cocktails made from seasonal ingredients alongside delicious food dishes from early afternoon till late night. What makes Bramble Bar so special is not only its creative cocktail menu but also its great selection of craft beers, ranging from lagers and IPAs to sours and Gose beers – so you can easily find something that tickles your taste buds here! On Sundays they open early doors around noon selling delicious products from local producers such as Kilderkin Ale and Tempest Brewery Co., making it a great Sunday spot if you’re wanting a relaxed day out with friends over some good drinks and nibbles. I’m always impressed with Brambles overfilled menu – there truly is something for everyone here!

Paradise Palms

From Cali-Mexican cuisine right through to its warm beach-club atmosphere complete with palms trees, Paradise Palms is the place to go for those wanting a taste of sun down south in Scotland! Situated at the heart of Edinburgh’s Cowgate Street district, Paradise Palms really stands out from the other bars because of its inviting open space where visitors can relax on terraces overlooking Scotland’s historic capital city before settling in for afternoons full of music from both local talent as well as international house DJs – giving visitors the chance to groove until midnight throughout the summer months! I just love how relaxed and happy the atmosphere here is – perfect for summer days but definitely recommended all year round!
