Online tickets feature printed bar codes and can be scanned on arrival at the Guinness Storehouse. This makes queueing to collect tickets on the day quicker and easier.

Tickets can be purchased:

  • Online: guinness-storehouse.com/en/tickets-offers/
  • By Phone: (00353) (0) 1 408 4800
  • On-site: Tickets can also be purchased at the Guinness Storehouse ticket desk.

When should I book my ticket?

The Guinness Storehouse in Dublin recommends booking at least one week in advance, especially during peak season such as Easter and school holidays. Note that entry times are frequently booked out during these peak periods, so we recommend booking your tickets long before this date to avoid disappointment. On busy days, it may also be difficult to take part in some of the interactive experiences on each floor throughout the building, so if you want to make sure you get the most out of your trip and don’t have to spend time queuing for those attractions, it’s beneficial to book early. The building is open from 9:30am – 7pm every day but Closed on December 24th and 25th (Christmas).

What Does a Ticket Include?

A ticket for the Guinness Storehouse includes entry for one person for 9 floors of interactive exhibits and exhibitions as well as a complimentary pint of Guinness/soft drink in the top floor Gravity Bar, which offers panoramic views across Dublin. You will also receive complimentary access to their audio guide which tells the story of Arthur Guinness and his famous beer brand, including lots of facts and stories you won’t find anywhere else. Note that the audio guide is only available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Japanese currently. The tour takes approximately 1–1.5 hours but visitors are welcome to spend longer exploring each interactive exhibit if desired. Barriers around the Gravity Bar may limit access during busy periods.

In addition to all of that, a standard ticket also includes free entry into their interactive Discovery Zone. Here, visitors can become Brew Masters for a day as they learn more about how Guinness is made in its breweries around the world. There’s even an opportunity to design your own pint of beer with their interactive Virtual Reality Experience too!

Does my Ticket allow me Return Entry?

No. Your ticket is only valid for single entry into the Guinness Storehouse. If you plan to visit more than once, we recommend purchasing a 3-day tour ticket with GetYourGuide which allows you to visit both in one day or spread them over three consecutive days if desired. This tour ticket covers all entry fees for both attractions as well as audio tours for each attraction in multiple languages, discounts at souvenir shops as well as other perks too!
