How to Meet Other Travellers in Prague

Prague is a stunning city filled with beautiful architecture, cultural sites, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s also a great place to meet other travellers, as it’s filled with both locals and visitors. Whether you’re looking for a night out on the town, a leisurely way to explore the city, or an opportunity to make friends, these spots will help you find fellow travellers in Prague.

Eventful Prague

Eventful Prague is an online platform that connects travellers with local events and activities. Users can find all sorts of things to do in Prague, whether it’s a beer tasting tour, a salsa dancing class, or a walking tour of the city. Eventful Prague also provides information about upcoming events in the city, so you can always find something new to explore. In addition, the website provides a forum for people to talk about their experiences and post reviews, so it’s a great way to connect with other travellers who have been to Prague.

My opinion: I love Eventful Prague. It’s an easy way to find out what’s going on in the city and connect with other travellers. I always find something fun to do when I’m in Prague and have made some great friends through the website.

InterNations

InterNations is an international social network that connects people around the world. Its Prague branch provides a platform for people to meet up in person and share their experiences. The organization holds regular events, such as cocktail parties and wine-tastings, that are aimed at connecting people from different backgrounds. InterNations also offers advice on different aspects of living and travelling abroad, so it’s a great resource for expats.

My opinion: InterNations is a great resource for meeting people from different countries. I’ve been able to make some good friends from around the world through the organization. The events are also really fun and are a great way to get out and explore the city.

Esperanto Pub

Esperanto Pub is a lively bar located in the heart of Prague that attracts plenty of travellers and locals alike. The bar features live music and occasional DJs, making it one of the best places to visit if you’re looking for some weekend fun. It also serves tasty food and drinks, so it makes for a great night out with friends.

My opinion: I love going to Esperanto Pub whenever I’m in Prague. The atmosphere is always lively and filled with energy. It’s great if you want to have a good time and meet some new people!

The Hub

The Hub is an international coworking space designed for entrepreneurs and other professionals who are travelling or living abroad. It provides workspace, meeting rooms, and even events and workshops that promote networking opportunities. The Hub is also located in the centre of Prague, making it easy for those who are travelling to access.

My opinion: I think The Hub is a great place for networking – both professionally and socially. You can meet like-minded people from all over the world who are also embracing the digital nomad lifestyle. It definitely makes it easier to find people who you can relate to!

Prague Couchsurfing Group

The Prague Couchsurfing Group is an online community that connects people who are travelling or living in Prague with locals who have a spare room. It’s a great way to meet both locals and other travellers, as well as find accommodation at a more affordable price. Furthermore, members of the group organize regular meetups, such as bar crawls or pub quizzes, so it’s a great way to make friends and have some fun while you’re in town!

My opinion: The Prague Couchsurfing Group has been invaluable for me when I travel. Especially when I’m on a budget, I can always find someone willing to take me in for a few days! I’ve also met some interesting people through the group and had some great experiences because of it.

The Big Chill Pub

The Big Chill Pub is one of the most popular bars in central Prague. The pub has two levels – one on the ground floor with an open bar area and one upstairs with a quieter seated area – which makes it perfect for both casual drinks and getting some work done (there is WiFi too!). Furthermore, the pub has events such as trivia nights and DJ sets that are very popular amongst locals and travellers alike – so it’s easy to meet new people here!

My opinion: The Big Chill Pub has become one of my favorite spots in Prague. I love that it has two levels; I can come here after work to get some work done or have drinks on the weekend with friends. It’s definitely one of the most popular places in Prague for both locals and travellers!
