Itinerary

Day 1-2: Arrive in Kathmandu

Day 3: Flight to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2,610m/8,562ft) – 3-4 hours

You’ll take an early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where your trek will begin. From Lukla, you’ll trek towards Phakding, your destination for the day.

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft) – 5-6 hours

You’ll continue your trek towards Namche Bazaar, a bustling village in the Khumbu region. This is the first acclimatization day of your trek, so you’ll have to rest and explore the local area.

Day 5: Acclimatization Day – Namche Bazaar: (3,440m/11,283ft)- Rest Day

Acclimatization is crucial for a high altitude trek like the Everest Lobuche trek. You’ll spend the day resting and exploring the Namche Bazaar.

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft) – 5-6 hours

After breakfast, you’ll continue your trek towards Tengboche, a famous Buddhist monastery in the area. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the monastery and immerse yourself in the local culture.

Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4,360m/14,300ft) – 5-6 hours

Day 8: Acclimatization Day – Dingboche: (4,360m/14,300ft)- Rest Day

Day 10: Trek to Gorak Shep (5,164m/16,942ft), Visit Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft) – 7-8 hours

This day will be the most challenging day of your trek as you’ll reach the base camp of the mightiest peak itself. You’ll get to experience the thrill of standing at the base camp of the highest peak in the world, right beneath you.

Day 11: Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,192ft) and Trek to Pheriche (4,288m/14,070ft) – 7-8 hours
