The Re Manfredi brand was born in 1998 exactly where the famous Aglianico del Vulture DOC was born. It is an elegant estate with about 120 hectares of Guyot. The dynamic winery is located next to the farmhouse and boasts modern winemaking facilities and wine barrels. The wine experience starts with a visit through the vineyards where you’ll be briefed on the behavior required on the path and use of equipment. The guided tour will then take you to the cellars of ancient Vulture by viewing the walls and ancient methods that are still intact. At the end of the tour, the wine experience will continue with a special tasting of traditional local products including bread and taralli. You’ll be able to sample three Re Manfredi wines while gaining a deeper understanding of the tradition of wine production in Venosa.
