A Local Baci Ceremony
The heart of the evening comes to life when you move onto the Baci ceremony. A big part of the tradition is getting dressed up in special ceremonial clothing called “sinh”. During the ceremony, you’ll take in mantras of blessings and good health while offering traditional offerings. Join the group for performances and dancing too! As the sun sets over Luang Prabang, you’ll get to truly understand why Baci remains a vibrant part of Lao culture to this day.
