What is a Lisbon District and What to See in Each of Them?

Lisbon is one of the oldest cities in Europe and its history can be literally traced all throughout its different districts. The Portuguese capital is split up into 11 different portions known as the Lisbon Districts and each one has its own unique flavor and, of course, a plethora of points of interest. Arroios Lisbon District

One of the fastest-growing neighborhoods of the Portuguese capital is Arroios. It used to be considered a working-class neighborhood, but recently it has become trendy with plenty of cafes, bars, boutique stores and modern architecture. The Arroios district is located close to the downtown area of Lisbon, making it ideal if you want to entertain yourself in one of the downtown attractions or dine in a traditional restaurant.
